At the Table: A Mycelial Game, Links Hall October 2015 + Roman Susan Gallery June 2016
This socially engaged work is an experiment in social technology and community health. The games devised for this event were created from a series of prompts in response to the biological communication of the mycelial network. Influenced by the behavior of mycelium we explored models of community exchange that respond to individuals as members of a collective ecosystem. We invited audience members to negotiate opportunities for exchange and co-create unfamiliar models of conversation and interactive activities to discover resilient and responsive new forms of social architecture.

Body Interventions (a series of live art interactions), Pilsen O+festival, September 2015
During a day long event at the Pilsen Neighborhood's O+festival participants marked their pain on my body as part of a collective intake process. The project served as a moving meditation between mind and body and explored sources of tension and pain stored in the body in order to cultivate more conscious awareness. The body suit became a traveling artifact and a collection of people's experience looking at how cultural habits, socially conditioned behaviors, privilege, and experiences with trauma, violence and injustice create tension, disease and a disconnect between body and mind.
Social Hypnosis, Lyon, France, April 2015
This week long residency at Le Plongeoir explored improvisational performance techniques and power dynamics stored in the body. It culminated in a public performance at a nearby site in order to explore how body and space can communicate and create more opportunities for public interaction.
Chicago Dream House, Community Programmer/Social Practice Facilitator, 2014
Chicago Dream House is a housing-rights event responding to the foreclosure crisis in Albany Park and other neighborhoods in Chicago. With the community we painted a symbolic house to hold panel discussions and presentations by local organizations. Community skill-building tables surrounded the central structure to create and interactive day of resource sharing.
